Pricing
Rate: $50 per hour.
Minimum commitment: For on-site work, a 2-hour minimum is required for each request. For virtual work, there is no minimum requirement.
Mileage: Travel to the client’s location is included at no charge. Client errands using your Sidekick’s personal car are billed at $0.67 per mile.
Purchases and expenses: You must provide upfront funds for anticipated expenses (such as groceries, dry cleaning, etc.). You'll receive any change and related receipts after your Sidekick completes the day.
payment & invoices
For occasional services: You'll pay your Sidekick directly in person on the day of service (cash, check, VISA, MasterCard).
For recurring services: We invoice on a weekly basis through PayPal for hours from the previous week. Payment is due within 5 days.
Credit card on file: In all cases, we require a credit card be kept on file. This will only be used in the event of a late cancellation or if your payment is not received.
Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notification may be done via email, phone, or text. A notification shorter than 24 hours (or none at all) will result in a charge equal to the full amount of time scheduled.
Limits on Services Provided
Seattle Sidekick will not perform any service that is illegal, unethical, or that poses unnecessary danger to any person or property. We further reserve the right to decline any request at our sole discretion.
